Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer end-to-end monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees and ledgers
  • Administer the data collection required for the payroll especially in hourly employees’ work hours and validate and record.
  • Declare the social insurances & taxes and Manage the overall year-end tax settlement process.
  • Coordinate benefits administration
  • Prepare the regular HR Communication Materials
  • Plan and prepare HR Events including Trainings

Qualifications

  • 1~3 years of hands-on payroll and HR administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven quality of attention to details
  • Solid working knowledge of payroll reporting requirements.
  • Experience with any HRIS or payroll engine preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Conversational English for email communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to shift-based payroll complexities.
  • Workday
