Document Review
- Support the drafting, negotiation, and review of various agreements, including but not limited to the different MSAs for our own and different services, NDAs, DPAs and procurement agreements, using company templates and reviewing third-party documents.
- Handle internal communications and triage legal requests to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and organization of legal documents and contracts notably within the coming CLM.
- Assist in the interpretation of legal documents and applicable laws and regulations, providing practical support across commercial contracts
- Assist in the migration for Sharethrough platform to Equativ platform
- Assure liaison between the business unit and the legal team to ensure legal alignment on commercial initiatives
Qualifications And Title
- Contract Administrator II (contract and privacy but not mandatory to be focused on our industry)
- $ around $ 80 000 / 85 000 CAD
- A legal degree (J.D., LL.B., or equivalent) (not a member of the Bar)
- 4 years of experience
- Fluent english and french
- Knowledge of English is required since the incumbent must collaborate and communicate regularly with teams, clients and suppliers outside Quebec, and use tools and documents available only in English.
