Do you have a creative flair, excellent writing skills, and experience writing for web, marketing campaigns, social media, print publications, and internal communications? We are looking for a creative and adaptable professional to join our collaborative team at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.
As a Content Writer and Coordinator based in the Faculty's Communications and Marketing team, your portfolio will include internal and external communications and focus on our website and other digital content. You will oversee the faculty website, bringing your skills to maintain and develop content and user experience. You will also be involved in various other content projects to promote the faculty and tell our stories.
- This position is fulltime, Fixed Term until 30 June 2026
- The salary range for this role is $62,400 - $77,800 depending on skills and experience.

You’re a confident communicator with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Comfortable working across digital platforms, you combine creativity with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take initiative. Your ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking ensures content that not only informs but connects with diverse audiences.
You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in copywriting.
- Comfortable working in digital environments and highly skilled in social media platforms.
- Experience with web publishing Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred).
- Excellent written English and ability to produce high-quality content for different purposes and formats, including social media, internal communications, and printed marketing materials.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable taking responsibility and managing projects.

- A relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong content and copywriting experience across different mediums (web, print, social media).
- Strong digital capabilities, experience creating social content, and ability to learn quickly.
- Commitment to excellent quality and a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and proactively with various stakeholders.
- Team player with strong relationship skills who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Initiative and creativity to bring new ideas to the role.
- Highly motivated, self-managing, and exceptionally well organised, with strong planning and coordination skills to juggle multiple priorities.
