Marketing Manager BYD France
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy for the French market and lead the development of the marketing organization, including team structure, capability building, performance management, and talent development.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events,ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality execution.
- Lead content creation initiatives, coordinating with relevant parties to deliver marketing assets such as videos, visuals, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across offline and digital channels, including planning, budget control, execution, and performance optimization.
- Oversee website management, ensuring content accuracy, timely updates, leads improvement, and alignment with marketing and communication strategies.
- Work closely with HQ and crossfunctional internal stakeholders, ensuring local marketing execution aligns with global brand strategy and market requirements to drive sales performance.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
● 10+ years of marketing experience in automotive industry (mandatory), with hands on involvement in events, content creation, paid media, and digital marketing.
● Solid understanding of offline and digital media channels, including campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
● With startup mindset, operational, active and sales-oriented.
● Fluent in English and French; experience working in an international or matrix organization.
