Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related functions including 2 years performing modeling in SQL and using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization etc.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with media campaign execution.
- Experience with marketing analytics, metric analysis, and measurement.
- Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners, including product, engineering and data science.
- Ability to set goals and systematically prioritize initiatives.
- Excellent process and project management skills.

As a Growth Marketing Platform Manager, you will be responsible for YouTube’s in-product marketing activation, ensuring that the overall program is delivering the most value for YouTube users and the business. You will be responsible for ensuring our capabilities, features, policy, and other launches support effective Marketing promotion at scale. You will understand all technical capabilities that impact in-product marketing, actively influence the product roadmap, and provide inputs to all relevant cross-functional workstreams to shape technical development. You will roll out new launches and policy changes to the Marketing organization to ensure scaled usage and compliance.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for improving efficiency for campaign operations and work with a team of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on our goal.
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Growth, and Product Marketing teams across YouTube on global campaign activation priorities, including Shorts, Connected TV, Music and Premium, and other emerging product areas.
- Work with cross functional teams to evolve and uphold platform governance, and ensure teams are able to leverage in-product marketing effectively through clear and consistent policies, including active consultation across initiatives, education and communications to the marketing organization.
- Lead marketing requirements for new platform capabilities, support experiments, and land marketing adoption.
- Drive thought leadership on data-backed insights of platform performance and present findings to executive leadership in Marketing and Product. Operationalize program level performance indicators for Return on Investment (ROI) calculation.
