As a CDC Technical Lead in Core Networks Domain Delivery Unit (DDU), you will partner with Market Services, R&D, and Product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality care. You will drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance serviceability and customer experience. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will lead and empower a skilled team to resolve critical issues, meet key performance targets, and deliver measurable business impact.   • Lead and oversee Care Delivery for Core Networks across all markets.
  • Implement an efficient care delivery model to enhance efficiency and serviceability.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with R&D, PLM, MS Care leads & DDL org to drive product care delivery.
  • Manage care financial metrics, and budgets to achieve domain financial targets.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for serviceability, tools, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure SLA fulfillment, manage escalations, and oversee critical incident responses for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular executive updates on progress and resolution of critical issues to senior management.
  • Foster talent development and cross-competency within the organization to support future technologies and initiatives.

You-Have:

  • Require a bachelor's or master's degree or related field with 10+ years of experience in care delivery within the CORE Domain.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills with a results-oriented approach abd proven track record in driving financial results in core network projects.
  • Deep knowledge of CORE Domain technologies and Nokia portfolio

Nice-To Have

  • Experience in implementing care delivery models
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in care delivery
  • Expertise in project budget and cost management
  • Familiarity with R&D collaboration and product lifecycle management (PLM)
