  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and maintain market leadership in a fiercely competitive environment.
  • Act as the end-to-end product owner for assigned products, understanding the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, and closely collaborating with Product Marketing and Research Teams, representing the Vietnam Market with Global/Regional Ford Teams.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions and predicting future trends.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns across all channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This includes overseeing advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistent branding.
  • Manage the brand's P&L, including budget allocation, forecasting, and performance tracking against key metrics.
  • Lead go-to-market launch plans and ensure brand alignment across all materials, acting as the voice of the customer by providing insights on consumer and market trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
  • Monitor brand health, market share, and consumer perception, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and consumer behaviors to drive brand innovation and relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with Aftersales, New & Used Car Sales Managers, and Field Operations to ensure all departments meet and exceed financial and business targets.
  • Mentor and develop junior marketing talent within the team.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in brand management, with a substantial portion in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Deep and demonstrable expertise in product lifecycles, distribution channels, and consumer purchasing journeys specific to vehicles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing market-leading brands within intensely competitive environments, particularly those experiencing rapid change or new market entries.
  • Exceptional strategic aptitude and analytical horsepower: The ability to dissect complex market data, identify subtle trends, and formulate groundbreaking strategies that deliver tangible results.
  • Intellectual Curiosity & Problem-Solving Mastery: A natural inclination to question the status quo, an insatiable desire to learn, and the ability to devise creative, data-backed solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse stakeholders from agency partners to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with luxury or premium automotive brands.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
