Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Retention & Content Manager. You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

Purpose Of The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Retention & Content Manager to lead our retention operations, improve workflows, and ensure our website and communications are always clear, structured, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize retention campaigns in Customer.io (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Manage bonuses, tournaments, and promotions through the back office. Improve processes, reduce time-to-market, and suggest better ways of working.
- Own the website content structure—clarity, consistency, accuracy, and updates.
- Coordinate daily tasks with product, design, copywriters, and tech teams.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend actionable improvements.
- Handle several projects at the same time while keeping high quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming (CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing).
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io.
- Solid knowledge of bonus types (free spins, reloads, cashbacks, etc.).
- Experience managing website content and basic HTML.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership mindset and confidence in managing tasks and people.
- English at least B1–B2 level
- Russian is a strong advantage.
