Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 operational support for cloud infrastructure and related services.
• Manage and monitor cloud virtual networks, subnets, firewalls, and routing policies.
• Perform server administration (Windows/Linux) including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support multi-cloud environments — primarily Azure and GCP.
• Implement and manage automation scripts, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking (VNETs, VPNs, subnets, NSGs, routing, load balancing).
