We’re looking for a hands-on SEO specialist who thrives on execution. You’ll own SEO initiatives across content, on-page, and technical areas, analyze performance data to uncover insights, and deliver strong operational execution aligned with the Global SEO Lead’s strategic direction. Working closely with developers, content teams, and UX/CRO teams, you’ll help drive measurable results at scale.

Job Description

Your Agenda Will Be:

• Conduct keyword research and mapping. 
• Manage on-page and technical​ optimizations, including crawlability, schema, redirects and internal linking.
• Execute and edit SEO recommendations directly in CMS (meta tags, hreflang, canonicals, internal linking). 
• Perform site audits and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with developers, content, and UX/CRO teams to implement recommendations. 
• Monitor organic performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support content creation through keyword research and content briefs. 
• Contribute to the development and rollout of global SEO projects.

What do we expect from you: 

Education:

• High school or University degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field) 

Experience:

• 4 years of SEO experience, preferably within an international setting 

Language:

• English – C1 

Skills:

• Keyword research & keyword mapping 
• Competitor research 
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools, including Ahrefs, SEMaRush 
• Google Search Console 
• Google Analytics 
• Link-building 
• On-Page and Off-Page SEO 
• Local and International SEO
• Content marketing 
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS 
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and analytical mindset 
• Deep understanding of keyword mapping and content optimization 
• Proficient in site auditing, link analysis, and performance tracking 
• Ability to turn insights into recommendations

Basic wage component (gross): from 2500 EUR 

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
