Ability to define technical solutions that are in line with client business concerns at an architectural and design level of detail at , has more than three years of expertise using the ServiceNow platform, including designing and deploying solutions and possessing a solid knowledge of the core technologies involved SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, and JDBC/ODBC are just a few of the important technologies that are fundamentally understood in relation to the ServiceNow integration solutions.

Understands popular coding languages and is well-versed in the CSDM 3.0 framework. an exceptional attention to detail, great problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to think outside the box The capacity to establish trusting working relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the business the capacity to control oneself and acquire new abilities on one's own while enhancing the team's overall capability set.
