IT SAP Solution Architect

The IT Solution Architect Provides system architecture and design specifications to support business and operating models and other architectural or security aspects. Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint, recommendations and solution implementation.

• Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze ideas and demands for architectural fit and translates detailed business requirements provided by the solution owner into implementable solution including specific technical requirements 
• Partners with business and IT on solution architecture design.
• Ensure that business requirements are implemented in SAP as per acceptance criteria
• Design and Configure SAP SD, CS and MM accordingly 
• Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution implementation. Ensures technical integrity, consistency and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle.
• Solves highly complex technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with impact on the business.
• Defines and documents detailed solution architectural and system designs. Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations.
• Anticipates internal and external business challenges and / or regulatory issues and drives improvements that create competitive advantage.
• Provides guidance on projects solution design compliance with enterprise architecture and makes recommendations for alignment, quality and efficiency based on experience.

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with  5+ years of experience in Sales and Distribution, Customer Service and Material Management
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications and Functional design documentation (FDDs), test scripts, end-user training
• Ability to debug SD/CS processes for issue resolution and Knowledge of user exits, BADIs, enhancements, and routines in pricing/outputs
• Familiarity with SAP Smartforms / Adobe Forms and LSMW, BAPIs, and IDocs for master and transactional data migration
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or Charm for change management
• Understanding of SD/CS reporting (standard reports, queries, LIS)
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications and Functional design documentation (FDDs), test scripts, end-user training

Nice To Have:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD & CS (Service Management in S/4)
• Exposure to SAP BW or embedded analytics is a plus 
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for SD/CS processes
• Understanding of A-ATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) and BRF+ in S/4HANA
