Scrum Master

What success looks like in this role:

• Supports and/or performs various solution delivery functions including:
• Leading / facilitating team meetings and events,
• Assisting with managing backlogs, and planning of sprints
• Tracking team progress, and
• Supporting creatin and communication of team metrics.
• Provides support in preparation and readiness for team or cross-team feature alignment / planning events.
• Supports tracking issues and impediments.
• Learns and applies the industry standard and Unisys Agile and related solution development methodologies.
• Supports special projects as assigned.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools ServiceNow, Freshworks, EasyVista
• May be certified as PSD, CSD, CSM or PSM1 or SAFe® Agilist.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 2+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and supporting Agile teams by ensuring Scrum frameworks are properly followed. They enable effective communication, remove obstacles that hinder progress, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role focuses on empowering the team to self-organize and deliver value consistently.
