Pay Range: $49,250-$70,964 (annually)

Position Summary 
The Administrative Coordinator will provide a broad spectrum of support the Center Director, the faculty, research and administrative staff for the Aging + Cardiovascular Discovery Center.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related administrative support experience or the equivalent of 3 or more years of experience.

  • Demonstrated computer skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite software programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse constituent population.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Responsive to critique and feedback.
  • Ability to perform in a large, fast past environment
  • This position requires a background check. 
  • This position will be on-site.
