HealthPartners is currently hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Marketing/Sales Systems. The QA Analyst helps make sure the technological tools used by HealthPartners’ Marketing and Sales teams work the way they’re supposed to. They test systems to confirm they meet business needs, function correctly, and give users a smooth, reliable experience. They also help prevent problems by checking that data, system connections, and key features work properly across all the platforms that support things like sales pipelines, renewals, and digital marketing campaigns. In addition to testing, the QA Analyst guides teammates and business partners on best practices for quality assurance and how to build solutions that work well from the start.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience equaling four (4) years of professional experience.
- Four (4) years of quality assurance experience
- Two (2) years of experience managing product portfolios and product lifecycles, ideally within marketing and/or sales systems.
- Experience with automated testing tools and API testing
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and test case development
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, renewals, and campaign workflows
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation across analytics/reporting platforms
- Background in healthcare industry systems and compliance requirements
Hours/Location:
- Monday – Friday; core business hours
- This hybrid position requires occasional onsite presence for team meetings and collaborative work sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Write and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for enterprise applications and customer-facing systems.
- Use automated testing tools and manual testing methods.
- Perform API and data validation testing to ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Document test results, track defects, and communicate findings to technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Assist the business analyst team by providing input on requirements, clarifying acceptance criteria, and ensuring testability of core functions.
