Overview:
Snapscale is looking for a qualified, trustworthy, and dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to the CEO, supporting the seamless coordination of business, administrative, and creative functions across all brands. This is not a management role, but a high-trust execution position for someone who thrives on follow-through, organization, and clear, proactive communication.
The Senior Executive Assistant will play a critical part in keeping priorities moving forward, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently, and enabling the CEO to focus on vision, leadership, and growth — confident that day-to-day execution is handled with excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the CEO’s trusted execution partner by driving follow-through, organization, and clear communication
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables using tools such as Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, and Go High Level (GHL) to ensure priorities move forward
- Keep strategic initiatives on track through structure and accountability, without direct authority
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily workflow using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs)
- Draft, screen, and manage executive communications, including emails, updates, and meeting recaps via email and Slack
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate information within CRM systems
- Conduct research and prepare concise summaries to support fast, informed decision-making
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-ups within task management platforms
- Support travel planning and logistics while ensuring the CEO remains prepared and organized
- Handle all information with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of trust

Requirements
Professional Experience
- 5+ years supporting a CEO or C-level executive, with U.S. exposure
- Skilled in calendar, inbox, and task management; coordinating multi-functional initiatives
- Bonus: Experience in hypergrowth organizations
Skills & Competencies
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Technical Proficiency
- GHL, Monday.com, Trello, CRMs, and workflow tools
