Position Summary

The IT Scrum Master Analyst serves as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, ensuring that Scrum principles and practices are effectively applied to deliver high-quality technology solutions. This role bridges business and Business project manager, enabling collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Applies knowledge of scrum frameworks and agile methodology to manage complex workflows and improve collaboration amongst team members.
  • Assists in product backlog management and determines which project to prioritize based on the established criteria.
  • Communicates with product owners on user experience, interface design, and usability, to ensure designs align with user needs and project objectives.

  • Contributes to the sprint planning process to assist department teams in the understanding of project requirements by breaking processes down into manageable tasks.
  • Coordinates agile meetings to foster participation in sprint reviews to address impediments or issues that may affect team progress.
  • Drafts user story documents to capture the criteria, specifications, and requirements for each user story.
  • Escalates scrum project issues with stakeholders to identify solutions that meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Estimates the timeline required for completing a product release based on backlog size and team velocity in completing projects.


For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.

Pay Range

$29.72 - $59.42

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
