Pilot Plant Maintenance Manager
Oversee maintenance operations and equipment calibrations for the Pilot Plant and PRC, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all production and warehouse assets. Lead the Pilot Plant maintenance team and provide oversight for the PRC maintenance team, which reports through a Front-Line Maintenance Leader. Partner closely with Engineering to support capital projects, equipment validation, and other strategic initiatives as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Leadership
- Direct and manage maintenance activities for the Pilot Plant and PRC to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Supervise the Pilot Plant maintenance team and provide guidance to the PRC maintenance team through the Front-Line Maintenance Leader.
- Equipment Reliability & Calibration
- Ensure timely calibration and preventive maintenance of all production and warehouse equipment.
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaboration & Project Support
- Partner with Engineering on capital projects, equipment installations, and validation activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibrations, and validations in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Team Development
- Coach and develop maintenance personnel to build technical expertise and foster a culture of accountability and safety.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, science, other technical discipline or business is required
- 5+ years’ experience supporting manufacturing
- Experience in key engineering disciplines including process, instrumentation & controls, facilities, utilities, and equipment
- 5+ years’ experience in people leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience with the regulatory standards and requirements for a food manufacturing environment

The base pay for this position is
$85,300.00 – $170,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
