Job Description

• Requirements Elicitation: Lead large-scale business systems projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation. Provide support to Project Managers during the estimation and planning phases.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending new technologies or system enhancements.
• System Specifications: Work with cross-functional teams to develop detailed system specifications and ensure proper configuration of business systems. Support team members in creating specifications and carry out specification reviews.
• Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis and create dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Solution Evaluation: Leverage deep expertise in both business and technology to recommend optimized solutions, drive solution design improvements, and ensure that selected solutions deliver long-term value and scalability.
• Mentorship: Mentor less experienced analysts, provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis

Possess IT background

• Advanced Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint). Undertake medium complexity configuration activities (RMT/Workbenches).
• Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in using advanced data analysis tools and visualization software (e.g. Jira, Power BI) to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Understanding of SDLC Methodologies: Comprehensive understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps, and the ability to adapt these methodologies to different project needs.
• Complex Requirements Management: Ability to handle complex and strategic requirements, including the use of sophisticated modeling and documentation techniques.
• Business Process Modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Process Improvement: Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Analysis Integration: Experience with integrating business analysis practices with technology solutions.
• Problem Solving Skills: Expert innovative problem-solving skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams.
