Main Responsibilities
1. Develop a long-term business strategy that is in line with the company's vision and goals.
2. Analyze the financial aspects of the business opportunity, including projected revenues, costs, and return on investment.
3. Monitor the implementation of new business strategies, analyze performance, and carry out evaluations to measure success and make improvements if necessary.
4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; candidates with a background in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
- 2. Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in corporate business planning, strategy, valuation, investment analysis, and/or M&A.
- 3. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including experience in long-term business planning and investment evaluation (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
- 4. Proven experience in preparing management-level and board-level materials.
- 5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 6. Prior exposure to shipping and logistics, or other capital-intensive sectors is a strong advantage.
