Business Acumen: Understand NAPCO's business environment and objectives, and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
Communication: Convey information clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms within a business context.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and analyze raw data from various sources to create reports that support decision-making processes.
Language Proficiency: Possess knowledge of, and the ability to use, both national and foreign languages in spoken and written forms.
Planning & Organizing: Efficiently plan and organize work or project activities to meet short- and long-term objectives.
Technological Ability: Effectively utilize standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
Maintenance Software: Operate NAPCO’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and, if applicable, other enterprise software systems it interfaces with.
Occupational Health and Safety: Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
Planned/Scheduled Maintenance: Schedule maintenance interventions to NAPCO’s assets, based on running hours or relevant date, in order to ensure their healthy operation and avoid unscheduled breakdown and downtime.
Predictive Maintenance: Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.
Quality Assurance: Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
Quality Control: Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
