Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Actively run all necessary ceremonies and practices for two scrum teams
- Work with the scrum teams and the practice to drive the delivery of products and services towards outcomes
- Work with the practice lead to support a continually evolving lean agile framework that enables delivery across the various scrum teams business units and general technology department
- Work with the practice lead to apply the most appropriate agile delivery methodology as needed to deliver a successful outcome within and across scrum teams
- Be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum and managing blockers risks and impediments to progress
- Support the practice lead to ensure alignment with other practices such as product engineering and quality
- Responsible for leading continuous planning practices and run regular agile ceremonies to ensure work is visible transparent and there is an iterative plan to work towards that is actively communicated and understood by teams and stakeholders
- Define and measure how well we are doing and continually evolve inspect and share these metrics
- Responsible for identifying and bringing the right people together at the right time and understanding how and when to include people in communications agile ceremonies and decision making
- Responsible for taking a lead on establishing healthy team dynamics ensuring teams are collaborative and communicating effectively with each other and are continuously driving towards cohesive best practices and continuous improvement
- Responsible for leading on creating an environment where continuous improvements of teams working practices can happen including measuring success inspecting and adapting
- Support the practice lead to ensure transparent and continuous alignment and communication Provide any other support required to ensure that we support the business as an agile and delivery practice

- Ability to drive change and foster an agile mindset within teams and across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address delivery challenges effectively
- Adept at managing dependencies risks and resource constraints in a dynamic environment

· Proven experience in leading agile transformations and working with multiple agile teams
