What You’Ll Do

• Lead with vision: Own the electrical scope from concept through detailed design for complex projects. 
• Collaborate globally: Work with diverse teams and act as the go-to electrical expert for clients.
• Mentor and inspire: Coach junior engineers and help build the next generation of talent.
• Innovate continuously: Standardize workflows, drive process improvements, and bring fresh ideas to life.
• Deliver impact: Contribute to projects in industrial facilities, data centers, offices, and electrification initiatives—locally and internationally.
• Client facing: Be the point of contact for the client and address questions, requests, challenges. 

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Solid experience in electrical engineering within industrial or commercial environments.
• Proficiency with tools like ETAP, Caneco BT, ElecCalc, AutoCAD, Revit is an asset.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good communication skills and able to clearly explain technical concepts to customers or internally within your project team.
• Passion for mentoring and innovation.
• Excellent communication in Dutch & English, French is a plus. 
• Flexibility to collaborate globally and limited travel when needed.
