The Position
As our Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, development, and optimization of the production of polyamide. This role will not only provide technical expertise in polymer polymerization but also help bridge the gap from research to manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities :
- OEE performance assessment, analysis, and enhancement。
- Process control management – Recipe, Sequence maintenance and modification.
- Practical design and development of polymer processes and manufacturing equipment to fulfill business objectives for product development.
- Support manufacturing assets improvement activities including but not limited to development of design basis and support manufacturing trials.
- Develop documents, specifications, protocols, production procedures, batch records, work instructions and test procedures.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
Requirements
- MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science and Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering, with more than 3 years relevant experiences in a chemical site.
- Fundamental skills in English writing, reading, and communication.
- Knowledge of Statistics and Office Software Applications.
- Experience with current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) validation and verification requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and exercise appropriate judgment under general direction.
