Als Werkleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Organisation und Führung unseres Produktionsstandorts. Ihr Ziel: Höchste Produktions- und Qualitätsstandards sicherstellen und ein sicheres, motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld schaffen. Mit Ihrem Einsatz sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden optimal eingesetzt und Materialien und Anlagen optimal genutzt werden – für die termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Herstellung unserer Lacke für die Möbel- und Folienindustrie.

• Leitung und Organisation des Produktionsstandorts
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit und Effizienz
• Führung und Motivation des Teams
• Planung und Steuerung von Produktions- und Materialprozessen
• Umsetzung von ISO9001/ISO4002 sowie kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Überwachung von Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität und Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards.
• Koordination verschiedener Abteilungen, Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Kostenreduzierung.
• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Umsetzung strategischer Unternehmensziele.
• Verantwortung für Investitionsplanung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Richtlinien.
• Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in Produktionsprozessen bevorzugt in der chemischen Industrie
• Erfahrung in der Produktion von Lacken und Farben wäre vorteilhaft
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in TQM und Lean-Methoden
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zu unserem Werk in Wuppertal
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung
• Kommunikationsstärke und Ergebnisorientierung
• Umsetzungsstärke und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
