- Facilities Coordinator (Tuas)
- Integrated Facilities Management
Responsibilitiesoperations Excellence
- Manage general administrative / soft services activities in Tuas site and any other duties as assigned
- Daily facilities maintenance and notify property repair
- Inspect the site every day to ensure all equipment are working properly
- Ensure the day to day operations excellence for sites under your management and coordination
- Ensure set SLAs / KPIs fulfilled
- Ensure up to date information on the client Intranet Asset Management
Continuous Improvement Implementation
Technical Management
- Ensure the implementation and management and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Client’s operation
- Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained
- Coordinate with the Engineering teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices
Finance Management
- Verify all vendor payment
- Support to issue PO for adhoc requirements
Reception, Mail Services & Meeting Room / Event Support
- Reception Service Management (if applicable)
- Assist to ensure mails/deliveries to employees are placed and forwarded to recipient and/or their designated pigeon holes or drop boxes
- Coordination with end users on event support
Meeting Room Management
Due Diligence
- Preparation of asset list and site plans
- Ensure completion of Operation Responsibilities Matrix
- Obtain details of the scheduled maintenance and scope of services
- Compilation of information and presentation to Client
Key Result Areas
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services
- Based on the agreed Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP)
- Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met
