Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient X-ray Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in X-ray systems and electrical diagnostics, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, troubleshoot PCB boards, and understand CAD/room layout drawings. The successful candidate will provide expert-level support to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Del Medical’s X-ray systems, including hardware, software, and integrated components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues, including PCB board-level troubleshooting and component-level analysis.
• Interpret and utilize electrical schematics and CAD/room drawings to assist in system diagnostics and installation support.
• Deliver remote and on-site support to customers, guiding them through technical procedures and resolution steps.
• Document all technical interactions, diagnostics, and resolutions in the support ticketing system with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to escalate and resolve high-level technical challenges.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of technical training materials and sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Continuously improve support processes by providing feedback and insights based on field experience and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or technical certifications in electronics, biomedical engineering, or related fields strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with X-ray systems or medical imaging equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
• Demonstrated experience in PCB board troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and support platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment
