Responsibilities/Job Duties:

• Oversee the management of web, email, social, event marketing, and sales-related data
• Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to support decision-making and strategy development
• Help develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality
• Analyze business needs and document requirements for marketing data projects and initiatives
• Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to monitor and manage data across the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data classification and access controls based on organizational and regulatory requirements
• Monitor industry statistics and follow industry trends
• Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace
• Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages.
• Identifies target customers and markets.
• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
• Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

• Outstanding sales and customer service competencies. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software applications.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.

• One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

• Must be able to travel 15% of the time
