Junior Brand Manager

The Hellenic Company JOTIS S.A. is one of the most historic food industries in the country, recognized for its quality and innovation in the food sector. We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Junior Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in creating and executing brand strategies that align perfectly with our company's mission and values. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of iconic products within a company that values both tradition and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends to identify potential threats or opportunities nd propose corrective actions to strengthen Brand’s competitiveness and market share.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Track brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support cross-functional teams in ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 year of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with market research and consumer behavior methodologies.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
