As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities. Your aim is to create an efficient and harmonious work environment while supporting the company's overall goals and objectives. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:


What would you be doing:

  1. Staffing and Recruitment
    1. Source, arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates through various channels.

    2. Prepare salary proposals for selected candidates.

    3. Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

    4. Handle the exit process for departing employees.

  1. Employee Relation (People Experience)
    1. Address internal employee queries on HR-related topics.

    2. Handle employee complaints and grievances.

    3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

    4. Address disciplinary issues and follow appropriate processes.

    5. Resolve issues promptly to enhance job satisfaction.

  1. HR Reporting and Administrative Support
    1. Gather and analyze data to provide HR reports and surveys.

    2. Compile statistics related to HR activities.

    3. Provide administrative support for HR processes.

    4. Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files and records.

  1. Ad-Hoc Duties
    1. Undertake any additional responsibilities or projects assigned to you.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ethical values and cultural awareness.

  • Fluent in both Khmer and English languages.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • People-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of HR functions, labor legislation, and HR administration.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Skilled in data analysis and management, making informed decisions based on data.
