Job Responsibilities:Position Summary
The Commercial Marketing Brand Manager supports the development and execution of Pizza Hut Taiwan’s commercial strategy through effective planning, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration. This role manages key elements of the trading calendar, pricing execution, promotional planning, and own-channel performance optimization. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Digital/CRM, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, the Manager ensures commercial plans are well-aligned, data-driven, and operationally feasible. This position directly contributes to delivering sales, traffic, and margin growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trading Calendar Execution & Channel Performance Management
- Manage weekly and monthly commercial building blocks within the trading calendar to support sales, traffic (TC), ticket average (TA), and margin goals across own channels.
- Track and analyze performance results, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending timely actions.
- Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to ensure smooth and effective execution of commercial plans.
2. Pricing Implementation & Margin Support
- Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies across channels.
- Conduct pricing analysis, competitive assessments, and elasticity reviews in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of approved pricing changes.
3. Promotional Planning & Commercial Activation
- Develop promotional mechanics, seasonal offers, and tactical commercial programs aligned with brand and digital/CRM initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning to ensure promotional readiness and successful in-market execution.
- Conduct post-promotion evaluations to understand performance drivers and recommend improvements.
4. Forecasting, Analytics & Market Monitoring
- Support demand forecasting processes and weekly business performance reviews.
- Analyze commercial KPIs, customer behavior, promotional performance, and channel trends to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and consumer trends to inform commercial decision-making.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with Operations, Digital/CRM, B2B, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial plans are executable and aligned with business priorities.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial, trade marketing, category management, or related roles within F&B, FMCG, Retail, or QSR industries.
- Experience in pricing, promotions, or sales/trade planning preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and analytical tools required.
- Effective communication and cross-functional influence skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines.
