Our Thesis Trainee position is designed to support you throughout the process of preparing your master's thesis. As a Thesis Trainee, you will be a part of the team in which you will continue as an Associate Lawyer. You will have the firm's extensive know-how, library, databases, and other resources at your fingertips, along with the unique opportunity to get to know your future workplace. We see this as the perfect way for you to launch your career with us. We understand that writing your thesis requires full-time focus, so you will not be expected to get involved in any client work. However, as a Thesis Trainee, you have the opportunity to participate in various events and training sessions arranged by Roschier University.
Having been a Thesis Trainee in the fall of 2026, you will continue your journey with Roschier as an Associate Lawyer in the spring of 2027. The work of an associate can vary depending on which group, project, and client you work with. To apply for this role, you are expected to start writing your thesis in August 2026 and have a law degree by January 2027.
