The Role

JA Resorts & Hotels is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to support the delivery of hotel technology projects. Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role focuses on implementing guest-centric systems such as Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud across hotel properties.

You will manage multiple project streams, ensure smooth execution, and align technology solutions with operational and guest experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and hotel operations

• Support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud

• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with guest experience objectives

• Identify risks and support mitigation planning

• Provide regular updates to the Senior IT Project Manager and contribute to project governance

Candidate Profile

• Experienced IT professional with hospitality IT project delivery experience

• Hands-on experience implementing Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud

• Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple project streams

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multicultural teams

• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest-centric technology solutions

• Proven ability to support budgets and deliver projects efficiently
