We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support and strengthen our sales operations across regions. The ideal candidate will act as a critical link between the sales team, dealers, and clients, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, accurate reporting, and achievement of sales targets. This role demands strong organizational skills, deep sales process understanding, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Support
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and targets.
- Assist the sales leadership team in tracking performance, preparing forecasts, and monitoring order pipelines.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to order closure and post-sale coordination.
Client Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Manage regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses, order confirmations, and resolution of queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding order status, pricing, documentation, and delivery coordination.
Dealer Management
- Coordinate with dealers and channel partners to ensure smooth order flow and adherence to company policies.
- Support dealer onboarding, documentation, pricing communication, and scheme implementation.
- Track dealer performance, incentives, and compliance, and share insights with senior management.
Team Management & Cross-functional Coordination
- Lead and mentor junior sales coordinators or sales support executives.
- Allocate tasks, review work quality, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, production, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
ERP / CRM & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into ERP/CRM systems.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, MIS, dealer-wise performance reports, and customer data.
- Maintain clean and updated databases for customers, dealers, pricing, and orders.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in sales workflows and system usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–20 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or sales support roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and dealer/channel sales.
- Proven experience in client follow-up and relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, strong reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
