Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & CX team and help bring our multi-brand strategy to life.

In this role, you’ll be creating engaging social content, coordinating campaigns, producing digital and print collateral, updating websites, supporting events and trade shows, and helping drive customer engagement across a growing B2B organisation.

You’ll be doing things like:

• Plan, creating and scheduling of social content (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
• Designing engaging posts, reels, carousels, EDMs, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral
• Updating WordPress sites, and managing HubSpot database and campaigns
• Supporting campaign calendars, analysing results & offering insights to support lead generation initiatives
• Producing photo/video content (and occasionally capturing it on job sites too)
• Coordinating events, trade shows & promotional activities (sometimes after hours and interstate)
• Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and external partners

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally with B2B exposure
• Formal Qualifications in marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Are organised, creative, proactive and hands-on
• Have strong writing, design and content skills (Canva or Adobe)
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools
• Understanding of social trends, engagement tactics and brand consistency
• Can confidently edit videos and images
