Job Summary:  The IT Project Manager leads our team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high quality work, and leading cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Utilize project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
• Monitor project risks and take necessary steps to mitigate them.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
• Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management in IT industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and lead them towards successful project completion.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
