In this role as the Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator (B2B) US Market, you will build, maintain, and grow Arvato’s community of clients & prospects.

YOUR TASKS

In close collaboration with our Global Marketing team, you will:

  • Campaigning: Implement marketing initiatives and social media campaigns to drive brand visibility, capability awareness, build trust, and create relevance and engagement in target audiences. Generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Manage content creation, distribution & community engagement
    Draft, edit, design, post, manage content & engagement across multiple social media channels – especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Sales/ BD enablement: support our Business Development in collateral creation for pitching
  • Monitoring & reporting: Measure campaign and social media KPIs, develop monthly reporting, and initiate optimizations and recommendations for improvements.
  • Event: Manage internal and external events
  • PR: create, manage, and distribute press releases in close cooperation with our Corporate Communications team and build relationships with relevant US media, editors, and influencers.
  • Insights & Research:
    • Continuously screen & analyze Arvato’s solutions & capabilities and client operations for relevant best practices, competitive strength, and unique selling points as input for posts and storytelling.
    • Analyze the competition and their strengths and weaknesses, and position Arvato’s strengths against them.
    • Research potential clients and identify decision makers within the client organization, and document findings on the CRM system.

YOUR PROFILE

Required experience:

  • Background in B2B marketing with a focus on social media and content marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels – especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Established contacts with local media partners, editors, and influencers

Preferred experience:

  • Industry experience in logistics outsourcing / 3PL
  • Familiarity with AI-driven ad targeting and performance optimization
  • Excellent writing skills (posts, articles, press releases)
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with a strong ability to create and build relationships
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
