- Provide end-to-end project management for system enhancement, implementation and monitoring of end-to-end process to completion from the different divisions involved in the project as per the SDLC framework
- Scope project requirements, lead solutioning and prepare budgets
- Develop project plan, monitor progress
- Proactively manage, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams and/ or vendors to design, develop and implement projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards and objectives are met
- Prepare and Develop reports and updates to management / steering committees as required
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities to improve process and/or approach as well as suggest new projects
- Proactive in seeking, providing and performing system resolution to improve efficiency and securing compliance at all times
- Participate and continuously explore alternatives and implement for cost saving initiatives
- Project manage / lead department assigned system projects and enhancement in work procedures
