Your mission

In unserer deutschen Tochtergesellschaft Pierre Fabre in Freiburg wird unser zukünftiger VIE Social Media Manager Junior- Digital Projektmanager zur Entwicklung unserer Marken im Bereich der medizinischen Dermatologie beitragen, insbesondere für Dexeryl und Dexeclear.

 Für die erfolgreiche Ausübung der angebotenen Aufgaben sind gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.

Im Einzelnen werden Sie:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Digital Marketing und Social Media Strategien, in Absprache mit dem französischen Headquarter, von Medical Dermatology

• Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Produktlaunches auf allen digitalen Kanälen: Website, Social Media Plattformen sowie e-retail Plattformen

• Kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Optimierung der Präsenz auf digitalen Plattformen für Medical Dermatology

• Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markt, Wettbewerb und neuen Trends sowie Ableitung zielgruppenspezifischer Maßnahmen
   

• Planung und Implementierung von 360° Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Preisfestlegung und Mitgestaltung der Verkaufskonditionen

At our German subsidiary Pierre Fabre in Freiburg, our future VIE Junior Social Media Manager will contribute to the development of our Medical Dermatology brands, in particular Dexeryl and Dexeclear.

 A good command of German is required to perform the duties of this position.

More specifically, you will:

-    Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies for Medical Dermatology, in consultation with the French headquarters.

-    Prepare and implement product launches across all digital channels: website, social media platforms, and online retail platforms.

- Monitor and optimize the presence of our brands on digital platforms.

- Follow the market, competition, and new trends, and develop specific measures for target groups.

- Plan and implement 360° campaigns in collaboration with specialized departments. Participate in the development of sales conditions and pricing.

Who you are ?

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing/ Vertrieb, alternativ ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium
   

• Sehr großes Interesse an den Themenfeldern Dermatologie, Dermo-Kosmetik und Naturwissenschaften
   

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten (Zeit-, Projektmanagement)
   

• Sehr Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
   

• Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

Master's degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing/sales, or a degree in science. 

Keen interest in the fields of dermatology, dermo-cosmetics, and medicine.
Structured working methods and excellent organizational skills (time management, project management)
Excellent presentation skills
Languages: very good knowledge of German and English
