Audit and Compliance Manager S.Korea

Position Summary : This role is responsible for supporting property-level internal audits and enhancing internal control standards across hotels in South Korea. 

Qualifications : 

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience or Certified Auditor (or equivalent certification)
• At least 3 years of experience in internal audit processes at Assistant Director of Finance level or above
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and provide actionable recommendations
• Review policies and deliver constructive feedback
• Continuously update and maintain the audit catalogue
• Drive A&L quality checks to achieve compliance goals
• Follow up on identified weaknesses and recurring issues
• Support ISRA/CSAT quality check exercises
• Deliver webinars and in-person training sessions to property teams
