Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Tax and Vertex Support Specialist to join our Finance IT team. This role will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Tax and Vertex integration, ensuring accurate tax configuration, compliance, and reporting across our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle Fusion Tax and Vertex integration.
• Configure and maintain tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates in Oracle Fusion.
• Oracle fusion finance modules support and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve tax calculation issues in transactions and reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure tax compliance and system accuracy.
• Support tax reporting and audit requirements by generating and validating tax reports.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and testing related to tax modules.
• Document processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Train end-users and provide guidance on tax-related system functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Tax and Vertex.
• Strong understanding of indirect tax concepts (sales/use tax, VAT, etc.).
• Experience with tax automation and integration between Oracle and Vertex.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of global tax compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with other Oracle modules (AP, AR, Procurement, etc.).
