DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to read architectural floor plans and door/hardware schedule 
• Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis
• Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes and possess the Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers, and customers  
• Must be proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware. (Exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in installation of wood frames,
• Basic knowledge of electrified hardware.
• Expert level understanding of all major manufacturer’s products (Assa, Allegion, Dorma Kaba, Stanley/Best) and their applications  
• Ability to lead and carry out installation of minor door and hardware tasks
• Other duties and job responsibilities as needed
• Able to Communicate and Understand detailed instructions

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• OSHA 10 
• OSHA 30

• Work Boots w/ Safety Toe 
• Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill) 
• Hand Tools As Required
• Tool cart
