With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for talented and driven Project Coordinators; expressions of interest from Senior Project Coordinators will also be considered. In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects. You will be part of a large project team on an exciting project (allocated based on your preference and experience) in and around Metro Melbourne. You will take responsibility for the delivery of the various trade package and assist in the mentoring & development of our Graduates.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
- Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas and reports
- Coordinate, manage and build strong relationships with our Trade Partners
- Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Trade Partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
- Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and Design standards
- Assist CAs with variations and contract administration when required
- Support our Graduates and Cadets in their learning journey
What you’ll bring:
- A genuine passion for the Construction industry
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
- Exposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects, e.g. commercial, residential and education
- Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex, Visi build and Hammertech.
- Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
