Position Purpose:
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and leading a
comprehensive global strategy for compensation, benefits, and employee recognition.
This role is responsible for managing competitive compensation and benefits programs
that attract, retain and motivate employees in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role
ensures compliance with local labor laws, internal policies and industry best practices
while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Design and implement total rewards strategies that support business growth and
talent acquisition.
Align rewards programs with organizational culture, values, and performance
goals.
Compensation Management
Assists with he development of base pay structures, incentive plans, and
executive compensation programs.
Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and internal audits to ensure
fairness and competitiveness.
Facilitates annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions,
and bonus allocations. Benefits Administration
Manage benefits offerings including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and leave
programs.
Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and employee-
centric benefits.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, tax
regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for compensation and benefits
processes.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate reports and insights on compensation trends, turnover, and cost
analysis.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic workforce
planning.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a high-performing Compensation & Benefits team.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless execution of rewards programs Drive change management and communication strategies for new initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, Business Administration, or
related field
8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, executive pay, and
regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and vendor management.
