The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to fuel our growth pipeline. The Business Development Representative will be on the front lines—prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified leads that our Account Management team will close. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on momentum, loves the challenge of breaking through, and gets energized by high-volume outreach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and creative prospecting strategies
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for our solutions
- Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers for closing
- Maintain pipeline discipline by tracking activity, updating CRM, and managing follow-up cadences
- Adapt and iterate messaging based on what's working—you'll experiment, learn fast, and pivot
- Hit activity and conversion targets consistently while maintaining quality standards
