In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the Digital Systems Program, you will design and deliver high-quality blended learning solutions to support the rollout of ETCS Level 2 across the NSW rail network. You will work in an Agile environment to translate complex, safety-critical technical and operational content into clear, engaging learning for train crew, engineers, maintainers, and rail operations staff, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning meets regulatory requirements and supports effective system and process adoption.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced instructional designer and content developer with at least three years’ experience in transport, safety, infrastructure, or other regulated environments.
You will have a strong ability to translate complex technical information into high-impact, learner-focused training that meets the needs of diverse audiences while adhering to strict safety and compliance requirements.
You will be recognised as a trusted collaborator and creative problem-solver, with a high attention to detail and proven capability in designing modern, blended learning solutions.
You will be able to demonstrate the practical application of adult learning principles, effective stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of training within large-scale change programs.
You will bring advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), and video editing tools such as Vyond, and ideally have experience working within VET-accredited frameworks and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.
