Job Description
- To Attend/ Troubleshoot breakdowns in Shifts, provide immediate containment action, prepare analysis for Permanent actions.
- To maintain/procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system.
- To strive for zero breakdowns, zero defects and zero accidents(Safety)
- Machines Electrical functioning know-how like Servo Actuators, Drives, Motors etc.
- Machine PLC programming (Advanced)
- Machine LabView programming (Advanced)
- To Maintain/Procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system,
- To follow-up with Purchase & Supplier for SC/PO/Payment/Delivery
- To maintain R&M Budget & Calendarization
- Preventive Maintenance - Planning & execution of PM on Machines
- Predictive Maintenance and Equipment’s Health Check up
- Manpower handling & Shift management
- Team Skill enhancement
- Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques
- Planning & Organizing (managing resources & forecasting)
- Resistance Welding knowledge, Crimping Knowledge, Additional Molding Knowledge.
- Fostering Teamwork (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)
- Taking Initiatives & Fostering Innovation (Out of the box solutions)
- Good Communication skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in engineering- Mechanical or Electrical.
- Professional experience (at least 5-6 years) in maintenance function, with Hands on experience, must be willing to come in Shifts, Sunday working as per requirement.
- Welding & Crimping Knowledge desired, Additional Molding Knowledge, Machine PLC and Labview Proramming
- Able to manage Technicians in Shift & prioritize breakdowns.
- MS Excel, powerpoint versed
