About the team

We're expanding our IT team and looking for a (Intern) IT Systems Administrator to help build and maintain a robust and secure IT environment. If you're motivated by practical problem-solving, thrive in a collaborative setting, and are excited about supporting a tech-forward workforce, we’d like to hear from you.

Your Mission

• Provide 1st level support for our internal IT systems and services.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Support and continuously improve our IT processes with a mindset for automation and operational excellence.
• Administer the electronic physical access control system.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for IT-related questions, helping colleagues resolve issues fast and reliable.
• Support security standards and best practices.
