    Key responsibilities

    • Own the relationship: Be the go-to partner for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

    • Drive growth: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through strategic cross-selling and upselling of our innovative products and services.

    • Lead negotiations: Secure win-win agreements on pricing and contracts that strengthen long-term relationships.

    • Deliver insights: Provide clients with clear, actionable updates on performance and opportunities to help their businesses thrive.

    • Collaborate for success: Work together with internal teams — sales, operations, and support — to deliver seamless solutions.

    • Showcase expertise: Represent Timbertruss in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating the value we bring to their business.

    • Shape strategy: Contribute to account management plans that boost customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

    • Proven success: You’ve thrived as an Account Manager or in a similar sales-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced industry.

    • Negotiator & problem solver: You’re confident navigating complex situations and securing outcomes that work for everyone.

    • Self-starter & team player: You can work independently while collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

    • Organised & agile: Strong time management skills to juggle a diverse portfolio without missing a beat.

    • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and software
