Graduate Video and Graphics Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graduate Video and Graphics Web Designer to support the development of high-quality digital content across video, graphic design, and web platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build practical experience in video production, digital design, and WordPress/Elementor-based web design within a commercial environment.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and web teams to design and maintain visually engaging digital assets that support brand positioning, campaigns, and user experience.

Requirements

Video & Motion Content

• Create and edit video content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
• Add graphics, animations, captions, and basic motion elements to video content
• Support the production of short-form marketing videos and explainer content

Graphic & Digital Design

• Design digital assets including website banners, infographics, social media visuals, icons, and marketing collateral
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Prepare and optimise assets for web and mobile use

Web Design & Content (WordPress / Elementor)

• Build and update web pages using WordPress and Elementor
• Assist in designing landing pages and content layouts using Elementor widgets and templates
• Assist with setting up online eCommerce stores using Shopify and other tools
• Optimise images, video embeds, and page layouts for performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with product managers, developers or administrators to test, publish, and maintain website content

Collaboration & Development

• Work with marketing and product teams to interpret creative briefs
• Participate in design reviews and content planning sessions
• Continuously develop skills in Elementor, video editing, and digital design best practices

Essential

• Recent graduate in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects desirable)
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (academic, internship, or personal projects acceptable)
• Understanding of web design principles (layout, typography, responsive design)
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Desirable

• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and accessibility best practices
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Portfolio showcasing video, graphic, and Elementor-based web design work
